I bought one of these. Great looking little kit with cute attachments. But the green duck tape on the shaft did not look like it belonged there, so I peeked under it. The shaft was cracked on both sides, and not in the type of straight lines you would expect if the cracks were man-made and supposed to be there. So I sent it back and got a replacement. Same green duct tape. Let's look again. This one was cracked also, only on one side, but CRACKED - AGAIN. It looks like there was a big batch of defective ones and they 'refurbished' them by taping them up with green duct tape and reselling them. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!
I bought this product for the price and its multiple functions. However, my experience with the product led me to believe that it is a mere 2-star product. When I first took it out of the box, I was happy to notice that the grey lining was a soft touch material which allowed me to have a much more sturdy and nice grip. What upset me, by quite a lot, was its poor construction and unacceptable finishing touches. The glue holding this grey lining extended out-and-beyond and onto the handle itself. I had to spend a good amount of time finding the right material to wash this sticky residue off the handle (remember that was the first time I had taken it out of the box). Thus, first star off.
After its first clean up, I proceeded to finally using the damned thing. Oh my goodness it is WEAK! Weak. Weak. Weak. I put on the mixer attachment and stuck it into my bowl and turn it on. BARELY ANY MOVEMENT. So I decided to move it around a bit, left and right, back and forth, round and round...still BARELY ANY MOVEMENT. I then raised my hand slightly up and WOOOSH!!! the mixer splats my ingredients. Hmmm. Not too impressed. Thus, second star off.
Lastly, the battery simply sucks. I do not know what it is about this product, but apparently even when you charge this thing for an hour, then overnight, and then some, and then some more, it still refuses to last more than merely a few minutes. Thus, third star off.
I believe that there is a lot of potential in this product, but without strength and energy it is still just a step above useless.
I bought this item to replace my One-Touch Peeler. I have searched high and low and cannot find that item. This is a 5-in-1 battery operated peeler, mini mixer, and some other little items. I tried to use the peeler as described and it just didn't work. There is a cover that is supposed stop the peels from splattering on you. The design is all wrong. There are four blades that rotate and are supposed to peel the fruit or vegetable. I wanted to peel zucchini and boy what a mess that made! So I tried apples. Those were juicy so the blade guard kept getting clogged. I couldn't get the blade close enough with the guard on in order to really pee. The design is all wrong. I returned it. If anyone knows where I can buy the "One Touch" vegetable peeler, please let me know.
I am on my third delivery and all three have had green tape on them covering a crack. The handles are also sticky like they were used or old. I like this mixer for protein shakes and wish the battery was replaceable so I wouldn't have to get a new one. I am not sure what to do now as I can't get one that is not already broken.
This review is mostly about the seller. When we pulled it out of the box it literally had green duct tape holding the adapter part together because there was a big crack in it! We had one of these for years that we loved to mix protein drinks with. It mixes well, is easy to clean, and produced the right amount of power to mix a drink without spilling it everywhere. After a few years ours cracked just like this one, which is why we bought a new one. We were super disappointed to find that not only was it broken, there was tape trying to cover it up! We will be buying one from Walmart so we know it's new.

The product was okay; however, it came used. There was no tamper-evident seal on the product when I received it, so I'm not really sure how many people used this before it got to me. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the handle was dirty and had gunk on it. Also, I was disappointed to see that there were cracks on the white piece that the attachments are supposed to slip on to. It must be pretty fragile if slipping the attachments on and off would do that.
It’s easy to use and is great while it lasts... which isn’t very long. Maybe a month, two tops.
The only attachments that I use are the frother and the wisk. My problem is that after using the frother once a day for about 4months, it has stripped or something inside, as it will no longer stay attached to the base. Wish I could just replace the one attachment.
Wasn't what I expected at all does not peal potatoes or carrots at all. Other items ok but pealer lousy sry to say
