Great quality. Works great. Not really instructions, but really it does not need them. The shell cutter has a pretty strong spring, so I was hesitant to trust it. Just pull it all the way back. It makes a perfect score. The spoons are very good quality, shell score and holders are all excellent. Fast shipping. I would definitely recommend the product.
dinosaur eggs? I would love everything about this set if I could only find dinosaur eggs in a supermarket. These cups are clearly made for eggs from dinosaurs. If Only They were the size of a normal jumbo egg then I would be very happy and realize if I got small eggs if that's on me but this makes jumbo eggs swim like there's no tomorrow it will not hold them up they fall over because it's made for monster eggs.
I see reviewers say you must “learn” to use it properly. I see that as a design flaw. Who would buy a can opener which works only once you have learned to manipulate the can just right in order to open it up. I’m not saying some out there don’t mind the challenge, but for me, I don’t want to wonder if it’s going to score or crack the egg (which then requires the tedious task of trying to scoop out the soft boiled egg without the tiny fragments of shell)
Bought this item for my husband as a silly Christmas gift as we were having boiled eggs on Christmas morning. We proceeded to try to use the tool to remove the top which failed completely however we tried in one case the egg was crushed and splatted all over the table not what I had anticipated. So this item is an epic fail!!!
It’s a very good buy. No hassle is peeling eggs anymore. I struggled a bit of how to use. Thanks to a post which mentioned you have to pull the string and leave a couple of times
