WE have used it four times so far and are not getting any better at peeling eggs that look intact. Seems like if there is any debris on rollers it takes a chunk out of the next egg. We did learn that you can do somewhat better if you have running water dripping over the rails while peeling. If anyone has any tips, they would be welcome!
It really works best if the egg shells have been cracked all over first. After boiling, I just thump them around the pot used to cook them a few times. This extra step really helps with the peeling process. Easy to clean. No issues yet!
You need this. OMG it makes peeling by hand a thing of the past. 300 eggs in a half hour.
This has cut down my peeling time from several hours to like 30 min. We usually boil 300 quail eggs at a time.
Does not work as advertised, have to clean it after every egg, left the eggs very rough.

How to use it?
Step 1: Boil the quail eggs
How to cook the eggs: put the quail eggs to the cool water and stir properly (stirring helps prevent the yolks from leaning to one side and causing them to break easily when shelling). Once the water is boiling, stop stirring and cook for 5 minutes, then adjust the heat to medium-low and cook for another 5 minutes .
Step 2: Cool
Cool the cooked eggs in cold water, pls change the cold water a few times.
Step 3: Crumble the shells
After the quail eggs have been cooked and cooled, place them in a stainless steel basin and cover it with another stainless steel basin, shaking it up and down to break the shells.
Step 4: Peel the shells
Turn on the sheller switch, place the quail eggs on the shelling area and gently press the quail eggs.keep the rollers clean and with water on them.

It works good as long as you keep it clean
Does not include instructions and takes a LONG time to get the hang of it. Definitely needs water to work right but there is no place for either the water nor the shells to fall and drain in to. So it makes quite a mess unless you do it in the sink and it doesn’t fit side-to-side in a standard size double sink.
On the other hand it peeled about 10 dozen eggs in less than 20 minutes and only destroyed about 1/3 of them - most at the beginning as we figure it out. Definitely a time saver if you’re doing a large number of eggs.
