Am having no difficulty using this product (have severe arthritis)
I had a very old peeler and decided to treat myself to a new one. I use a lot of vegetables, we have a garden full of carrots, potatoes, eggplant -- so this peeler had some good reviews and you can't beat the price!!! I love my pretty peeler (bright green). It's a snap to peel those big carrots and eggplant is a breeze. I may buy one for each of my three daughters as a stocking stuffer!!

I got this about a week ago. The first thing I noticed is that the blade had a knick in the steel. So someone in inspection must have had a bad day because it was noticible from about 18" away. I almost sent it back, but the inconvenience of running back to ship every little thing is bothersome. My husband went over the knick with a Dremel tool. It sharpened the burred area. I tried it on squash I was peeling to can. Hopefully it will continue to work for me. If not, the next time I will look for a different brand. But so far it works ok.
I love using it, I just wish it was it was a littler short for girls hands (husband loves it)

Warm Notes:
It is good to wash the vegetable propeller with warm soapy water. After drying, keep all the blades and hand guards in the container to keep the kitchen clean and space-saving
I love the blade and feel of this but there is an overhang where the spot remover is and it kind of gets in the way
This will get the job done. If your veggies are fridge floppy at all it’s gonna be hard to use though. After a few days in the fridge our hello fresh carrots become floppy, and it’s a bit hard to use when that happens, but when the thing you’re peeling is hard/firm it works perfectly
