This is absolutely perfect for nutmeg. Unlike other graters it will make a super fine nutmeg powder. This makes a huge difference in flavor. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves good food. Cleans super easy: I use a palm brush for a quick brush down before putting it in the dishwasher. The little silicone strip can easily be removed and put back on. I put it in the cutlery basket of the dishwasher. Shipped super fast too. I am VERY happy with my purchase.
Since I have terrible arthritis pain in my hands and carpel Tunnel Syndrom on both hands, I ordered this in hope to finally being capable to open my own soda bottles. This is some kind of plastic that the bottle just slides around, it cannot get a grib to the lid.
I am so disappointed, they should not sell something like that for so much money, sell it for a $ at least the disappointment wouldn’t be so bad.
I bought this to grate ginger. It didn't work for me. What I got was some liquid and a lot of ginger stuck to the grater. I rated this a 1 star because I would not recommend it and it is not useful to me. I have not tried it with garlic or anything else. it is quite small and I believe the problem is the grating blades need to be bigger. If you look at the description and pictures you, this creates a liquidy puree. Not what I wanted. I wanted shredded or grated ginger, not puree. I will go back to my zester.
Love this product! I especially love the upside down feature... use it upside down to prevent messiness and only when your done, turn it over!
I bought this to replace a lemon/orange zested ... it might work on ginger root but does NOT work on lemons or oranges. The cutting surface is arranged that you have to push the grater rather than pull. Very disappointing.

Junk unless you like stripping a cobb one row at a time
After looking at several different types of egg separators I chose this one because it appeared to be sturdy and easy to use. I have not been disappointed......we tried it as soon as it was delivered and have used it often. The egg yolk fits right into the center section and the egg whites just fall right into the container you are using!! Definitely a good purchase!!
I absolutely love this apple corer! Making baked apples is now easier then ever! And my kids enjoy eating apples more now that the don't have a core to throw away!! Great quality and so easy to use! Even more easy to wash!!

The plastic frame around the steel grater is flimsy. It broke in 6 months. Not recommended.
