My partner bought these to make eating lunches more fun. There are a great assortment of shapes and my toddler enjoys choosing a shape for her morning eggs and toast. My partner uses the smaller ones to make shapes in cucumber slices as well. Overall, I use these daily and have gotten much more use out of them than I expected. They aren't exactly easy to clean, which might be frustrating depending on your use of them, but since I stick with bread and cucumbers I usually just rinse them off. They are easy to use (a kid could use them, no problem) and feel sturdy.
I was looking for an egg slicer that doesn't use wires as they then to snap or warp after a while, even if I just cut eggs with them so I thought this slicer with blades would be the solution but it makes a mess with my eggs, although I don't really boil them hard but rather soft. It's great with mushrooms though and it's quite sturdy.
It used to take me so long to just cut the vegetables but not anymore. With the help of this amazing cutter i can pretty much cut any vegetable in minutes. Just put the veggie on the cutter and press the lid onto it. I encountered some issues while cutting big unboiled potatoes but for most part it just works like a charm. The chopper comes with so many adjustments to cut the veggies in various shapes and sizes. Highly recommended for all the beginner chefs out there!
Mashes the product instead of a clean cut. Was looking for something with blades instead of wire, however, I now know why so many slicers are made of wire and not blades now. Nice product design, poor and result.
This is sooo good it has replaced 3 of my kitchen utensils. I’m able to do everything for whatever dinner I have now. Dicing is so easy and you have different sizes.
The handles on it make it super easy to push down. It has very good quality materials that it’s made from. The handle is sturdy that you can cut hard veggies in it.
The design where it actually clips on is made very sturdy I have had others that have broken but the way this is designed is much better. Also comes with a cleaning tool.

It doesn't cut the egg all the way around and usually makes a mess of the egg which is supposed to be neat.
Works great on soft-boiled eggs but doesn't work too well on raw eggs.
I was attempting to recreate Jean Georges' Caviar Egg/Oeufs au Caviar. One key attribute of the recipe is to have the egg topped off (cut off a lid), pour out the inside, have the opened shell washed, and filled it back up with french scrambled egg, vodka cream, and caviar. So, I NEED this egg topper to work with raw eggs.
Unfortunately, (for raw eggs) it only "somewhat" work or not. Sometimes "the hit" was too light, and it only "score" the egg, and not cut thru it. Sometimes "the hit" was too hard, and not only did it cut off the top, it also crack the body.
I was a little sceptical at first but this egg cracker is actually awesome! The first time I used it, my boiled egg had cracked a little in the water and so I couldn’t use the egg cutter properly. As soon as I used it on a non-cracked egg it worked perfectly! The dome part which goes on top of the egg has been sharpened slightly so that when you pull back and release the handle it creates a perfect circle around the top of the egg to easily lift off with your fingers. I’m so impressed with how handy this little kitchen gadget is I’ve already bought a second one as a gift for my mother-in-law.
If you’re like me and live your soft boiled eggs - you need this. It’s especially great for larger 700g eggs. High quality product...I’m chuffed - it’s so wonderful.
