I bought this to recreate my husbands favorite childhood breakfast, dippy eggs and soldiers. Small ceramic cups are fine, plain white and very light weight. The spoons provided are very thin and light weight as well. The tool that is supposed to be able cut the tops off neatly does not really work. Creates and somewhat scores a line on the egg, but I still had to go back with a knife to cut the top shell off. Its an okay set, for almost $30 I would have hoped the quality would be a little better.
I love Solder Boy eggs, and you can't have those without an egg cup! I wanted to replace one I had lost and found these. I can't praise the packaging and quick shipment of this package. The cups were packed like they were made of English bone china. I would highly recommend this company.
The egg cracker works as advertised... We did four eggs and each one came out perfect. I definitely recommend this product. A cool and classy way to prepare eggs. Next time I’ll garnish with spoon of caviar instead of bacon.
My husband absolutely loves this set. It works perfectly. We even bought a set for friends of ours for Christmas.
Not sure what "sheerness" means love the egg cups and spoons but that other thing to take the top off the egg shell off was a bloody mess, have no idea how it's supposed to work, I suggest still using a small knife lol but over all,love the cups and spoons so I give these a thumbs-up!!

How To Clack An Egg
1. Place any sized egg (raw, soft, or hard boiled) in the white ceramic cup
2. Position the stainless steel egg cutter topper over the egg
3. Move the ball to the top of the before letting it drop towards the egg
4. Gently lift the top of the opened eggshell off the egg using your finger or a knife
One of the egg cups was broken. The package was not damaged. I would like one replacement egg cup please.
This is an elegant set that enhances your breakfast table. I wouldhave given it 5 stars, but unfortunatey one of the cups war broken (I did not notice until I had already started using 2 cups), therefore only 4 stars.
