It's a pizza peel, nothing hard to imagine. Now the handle is detachable using screw-like threading. However that threading is so thin and delicate, it is hard to screw together without the worry that you will damage it.
I like the long handle! It is light weight but sturdy and big enough for a medium to large pizza.
Excellent! Made it so easy to get our pizza in and out of the oven. No lost toppings and no burnt fingers!
Hade pizza on the grill and this worked great.
This is a Christmas gift for my son. So it has not been used yet. Seems to be good quality. But I guess I was thinking it would be a bit heavier duty. I think he will love it.
