This product does not work. I read the instructions over and over again, used more than 2 dozen boiled eggs and none of them were peeled. I wouldn't suggest buying this product.
The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It just does not work.
I cooked organic vegetarian eggs, regular old eggs and cooked them as the instructions indicated and tried methods mentioned on numerous cooking sites and not one single batch of cooked eggs were able to be peeled as the advertisement said.
The package arrived on time and the price was better than other sellers, but failure was the only outcome i encountered. I will re- gift this as a joke present and see if one of my friends or family can actually make this thing work as advertised!
It works great with the right eggs and the proper boiling. But without this, the membrane will be thoroughly stuck to the egg white and neither this machine nor any other method will successfully remove the shell without damage. Also, if you are doing just one or two eggs it is quicker to do them by hand than using this machine or any other. However, if you are doing a bunch of eggs, use the right eggs, boil them properly and use this machine. It will pop the shells off faster than you can imagine and it won't make a wet mess.
I was amazed at how well this gadget worked, I didn't read all of the negative reviews until after I ordered it, so I was pleasantly surprised. I cooked the eggs, cooled them under cold water and them placed them in a bowl of iced water for 10 minutes. It worked perfectly! If you are a person that has a hard time following directions, don't order this gadget. If you love goofy kitchen gadgets that actually work, or if you hate peeling eggs, this is the product for you.
Plainly stated, it dos not work. Trouble shooting guide full of catch 22's. As an example : (1) Be sure and crack the egg well. "Don't be timid.", it says. (2) The egg gets blown apart. (3) Trouble shooting blown apart eggs, it says, "Gently crack eggs".
The guide is just full of do's and dont's. I have been boiling eggs for half a century and have not had the problems or frustration this item causes.
It does come with lots of recipes. Why do most call for any type of egg except boiled? Just another hook to try and make you buy a useless product.

Since I have a hard time taking shells off of hardboiled eggs, I thought I would purchase this product. First of all, You have to exert a lot of pressure, rapidly pushing the accordion style plastic over the egg. Once I did this a few times, I lifted it off the egg and it was still fully shelled. I tried it several times, but it never worked. I didn't pay a lot for it, but I still sent it back. The seller would never know how sub poor this product is if I just tossed it in the trash.
I followed the directions to the letter. Worked on ONE out of a dozen eggs. Did NOT work or destroyed the other eleven. I threw it in the trash this morning. A total waste of money!!!!!
Upon receipt, I boiled a dozen eggs, following the directions included with the produce. Boiling was the easy part. When it came to peeling the eggs, it would have been better to do it all by hand, without trying to use some gimmick. Three of the 12 eggs peeled according to plan; the other nine eggs wound up in pieces all over the counter. Do not buy this toy; it’s not a serious kitchen tool. I would return it but don’t want to pay the return shipping, which is more than the product cost originally.
Don't waste your money. It doesn't work. Better to put egg into a cup half full of water and shake, the shell comes off perfectly every time.
Complete and utter gimmick - don't bother, bought it as a joke and it was worse than a joke. Watch the youtube videos before and you will see how terrible it is.
