It works perfectly! My only complaint is that the blade on the bottom is stored sharp side down instead of towards the bottom of the contraption. I lo e how compact it is. I use it to slice and dice soft fruits and veggies too. (Mushrooms, strawberries, eggs) I just can't do a lot at a time obviously since the catching tray is small for garlic use. I like things that have multiple purposes.
I use a lot of garlic and as a result, I have broken several garlic presses. I am very satisfied with this one. I have used it several times, with no issues. It is no more difficult to clean than any other press I've used.
I disliked this product. Very cheap plastic . It’s not closing properly . I don’t know how come such a product can received so many good reviews...
so hard to find this item. I had one for 4 years previous and the only reason I had to buy another is the holding grill fell into the sink and go eaten by the garbage disposal. love love love it. stays sharp for at least 4 years that I can attest to.
I bought this because I was sick of other mincers simply squeezing the garlic cloves into unusable pulp. This actually dices with a simple press. I was impressed and glad I bought it. When new, it's a little difficult to pull out the tray but gets easier in time.
