Nice little item. Durable. Wish it was a little bit bigger. My husband has really big hands.
The idea was nice but it’s not sharp enough for Brussels sprouts.
This little tool is alsome very sharp if you not careful you might loose a finger😂, all jokes aside I love it.

Specification
Trim the stem off of a brussel sprout and cut it in half in one motion. Trimming the core from a sprout improves texture and flavor.
Grips are soft-touch and easy to hold and grasp.
Use it like you would an apple cutter, place the small end of the cross so it aligns over the stem, and the larger part of the cross over the sprout - then just press down.

As others have mentioned it is completely cracked in half where the hole is drilled for the handle. Overall it seems a bit small as the handle takes up alot of room. I wish it were longer , more sturdy, and a bit more tapered at the end. Bamboo doesn't hold up well on layers like many believe. Maple or Ash are much better options
GREAT TOOL! First off - it is very beautiful, I'll be using it as a cheese board when I'm not using it to build pizzas.
I have a metal slip, but the pizza sticks to it when putting it in the oven. So I use this slip to build my pizza on and it slides off beautifully onto my stone. Then I use the metal slip to remove it from the stone and have my next pie ready to go on the Fiery Chef Slip.
I'll recommend this to anyone who like to make homemade pizza pies.
The big problem with this is the handle. It is long, making it awkward to store. The handle can be folded, but you have to disassemble it to fold it. The peel is thicker than it needs to be, and not as large as I wanted. (This is our fault: it says 12 by 14, making the largest useful size 12 inches.)
We used this for a few months, then bought a replacement.
