Usually takes two clacks, fully raise to top of bar each time and you’ll get a clean cut. Clacking sound is very satisfying, but a bit pricey.

6. Gently lift the top of the opened eggshell off the egg using your finger or a knife

This is amazing it actually worked and removed the top of the egg.
The product does not work as it is intended.
As there is no other use for this product, simply an expensive piece of rubbish.
