I have a neuropathy in my hands and had lost the ability to crack eggs effectively. After two years of scrambled eggs, this product performed as expected and I can once more enjoy my eggs over easy.

UPDATE: Two years later I have bought a second one. It's good at what it does, and that's all I ask
My mother has severe arthritis so this was an easy, quick purchase to help her out. It cracks eggs, doesn't leave any shell behind, and the white/yolk separator does its job well, too.

Pros:
- User-friendly
- Very small, so it doesn't take up space
- Easy to clean and use
- Does its job well

Cons:
- Very cheap material (very flimsy)
- Not recommended as dishwasher safe

Overall, it's a useful tool to help anyone that struggles to use their hands. It might even be useful if you need to crack an egg quickly or are teaching a child to cook. Don't let the cheap quality deter you though, because it still works very well.
Stupid waste of money. It does work, but after using it, it is more work to load the egg, crack it and clean up than just cracking the eggs. I got it for the egg separator because I like 2 full eggs and 2 more egg yokes when I cook breakfast, however the separator takes so long, it is easier to just use the old fashioned way.
I bought this as a stocking stuffer because it was inexpensive, and I considered it a novelty item that might be fun. I was also hoping to avoid getting egg white on my hands or counter, which sometimes happens when I crack eggs. As an inexpensive novelty item, it works adequately. If expectations are higher, keep shopping.

For the first egg I cracked, the shells didn't split, because I didn't squeeze the handles together quickly enough. A few squeezes later the egg split apart and fell into the bowl, but the yolk had broken. I have since gotten the shells to split routinely, but have found in a few cases that bits of shell are in the bowl. My hands do stay clean (unless I have to go fishing for bits of shell.) I think with a bit more practice I will have the technique of squeezing fast enough and just hard enough to get a cleanly broken egg almost every time. I shake the cracker over the sink to remove the egg shells without touching them. The EZCracker is dishwasher safe (top rack).

I have not used the separator attachment, nor have I tried to peel a hard boiled egg. The ONLY way a hard boiled egg would come out of a shell as shown in the commercial on TV is if that egg had been over boiled and was tough as a puck. Since I prefer my hard boiled eggs to be edible, I never thought that application would work.
I've used this twice so far. The first time the egg landed perfectly in the pan with no shells or yolk breakage. Just tried it again this morning, and I got a perfect egg, except one tiny piece of shell landed in the pan as well, yet it was easily picked out with a spoon.

I really like this neat little tool. Over-easy eggs are one of my breakfast favorites, but for some reason when I break an egg by hand, I either break the yoke at the same time or I end up with several pieces of shells in the mix. If the EZCracker keeps up the good work, I'll come back and give it FIVE stars. I'd highly recommend you try it for yourself... at only $5.99, why not?

The claim is that you get to crack perfect eggs with no shells in the pan. I thought I'd give this a shot since I'm a terrible egg cracker. Out of about a dozen eggs I tried, 3 had the yolk broken in the process and 2 times, the egg shattered with little bits of shell sprinkling into the pan as well. Bummerz. Maybe I'm just a terrible 'EZ Cracker Egg Cracker' user as well...
This thing works about 50% of the time. You still get egg on your hands because you have to take the shell out of the plastic holders. You also have to clean the thing each time bc egg usually gets on it. Little pieces of shells still get into your egg. It's cheaply made. Disappointed bc I was really excited about this product. Great Idea, Bad Design, Cheap plastic :-(
This does not work with large and/or organic brown eggs. It just breaks the shell in the middle to a bunch of pieces and doesn't separate the shell enough for the yolk and egg whites to run out. I usually don't buy "as seen on tv" items and was hoping this would work as advertised, sadly it did not.
this just dose not do what is is supposed to do & unfortunately I purchased 2 one for me & one for my daughter
This is a useless piece of ....t. It's only hold the egg but before the blade could touch the egg it opens. I cannot imagine who designed this but this person should deserve few hours of communal work. Do not buy this!!!
