I bought this because I thought it would be easier to use and clean than a traditional garlic press. It has a hard time making it’s way all the way through the garlic clove. And while it is easier to clean, it isn’t easy. In the end, I think a knife is the best device for mincing garlic. The clove peeler does work very well, however. And the egg separator? I’m pretty sure I’ve already lost it. Roughly the quality of a white plastic spork, but let’s face it, that is not why you buy this thing.
